Step 1: Submit Your Vision
Contact us at sales@ivhcards.com and let us know exactly what you want your card to look like. Be as detailed as possible, and please submit your logo or artwork assets in a high-resolution .PNG format.

Step 2: Initial Concept & Secure Your Slot
We will run a free layout check on your artwork to see how it translates to our metallic printing formats. From there, we’ll send over a preliminary preview alongside a secure, custom-tailored layout invoice based on your artwork's complexity—you only pay if you choose to lock in your custom slot.
⚠️ Note: To protect our design schedule and keep turnarounds fast for everyone, all further custom adjustments, layout edits, and revisions begin once this design invoice is paid in full. If a design is highly complex, we will provide a custom quote before any invoicing.
Step 3: Refine & Claim Your Assets
Once payment is received, we work closely with you to fine-tune the details and lock in the perfect look. Once paid and approved, the design belongs entirely to you. If your design is unique, it is yours exclusively—it will never be offered to other streamers or sold on our pre-made storefront.
Step 4: Green Light & Fast Production
Once you give us the official sign-off on your final design proof via email and your bulk printing invoice is cleared, your cards hit the production line instantly! Our lightning-fast 1-business-day manufacturing turnaround begins the moment final approval is given, ensuring your order is never held up by design tweaks or communication delays

Our tiered pricing applies to bulk orders of the exact same design (e.g., copies of your custom card using identical graphics).

If you require a batch where every individual card features variable data (such as printing a different viewer's unique username on 30 individual cards), this breaks our automated flow and requires manual asset handling. These custom variable data runs bypass standard bulk tiers and are subject to an additional custom processing setup.
