Welcome to ivhcards.com. This website is owned and operated by Infinite Venture Holdings, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website, purchasing our products (including bulk wholesale novelty cards), or utilizing our custom design services, you ("Client," "Buyer," "Streamer," or "you") agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service ("Terms").
Please read these Terms carefully before placing an order. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the Site or purchasing our services.
1. WHOLESALE AND COMMERCIAL USE
By purchasing from ivhcards.com, you acknowledge that our products are primarily intended for Business-to-Business (B2B) use, retail redistribution, or promotional use by livestreamers and content creators. You represent that you have the legal authority to bind any business or streaming entity you represent to these Terms.
2. CUSTOM DESIGN SERVICES & LABOUR LIMITS
For clients purchasing bespoke graphics or customized novelty cards, the following strict guidelines apply:
Custom Design Fee: A mandatory, upfront, non-refundable $30 Custom Design Fee is required for any custom graphic requests to protect design labor time and cover setup friction.
Labor Allocation Cap: The Custom Design Fee allocates a maximum of one (1) cumulative hour of digital design and/or redesign labor by our team.
Overage Fees: If a client requests extensive changes, complex iterations, or asset overhauls that exceed the capped 1-hour limit, the Company reserves the right to charge an additional hourly design fee or cancel the custom portion of the order at its sole discretion.
3. DESIGN PROOFS & CLIENT APPROVAL RESPONSIBILITY
Final Proof Approval: Before any custom card order enters the physical manufacturing phase, the Company will provide a digital design proof via email or the Site interface.
Buyer Responsibility: The Buyer is solely and exclusively responsible for thoroughly reviewing the design proof for accuracy, including but not limited to: spelling, grammar, names, channel handles, colors, asset placement, and barcode/NFC functionality specifications.
No Liability for Approved Errors: Once the Buyer grants digital approval of a proof, the design is locked. The Company is not liable for any errors, typos, or design flaws present in the approved proof. Any reprints required due to un-noted client errors will be billed entirely at the Buyer's expense.
4. STRICT REFUND, RETURN, AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Due to the highly specialized manufacturing processes and customized nature of our products, we enforce a strict no-nonsense return policy:
Custom Products: All custom-designed or custom-printed cards are 100% non-refundable and non-cancelable once design work has commenced or printing has begun.
General No-Return Policy: Because our inventory features customized batches and specialized novelty items, all sales are final. Cards cannot be returned, exchanged, or restocked simply due to buyer’s remorse, stream cancellations, or changing preferences.
Defect and Spoilage Exception: If your cards arrive with verifiable manufacturing defects or physical transit damage, you must contact us within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery with photographic evidence. If the defect is deemed our structural error, we will issue a replacement print batch at no additional cost to you.
Note on Equipment Variations: Our physical modeling accounts for minor structural/printer variances inherent to PVC card manufacturing. Minor cosmetic variances that do not impact the core legibility or utility of the card do not constitute a "defect."
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & FORCE MAJEURE
Infinite Venture Holdings, LLC utilizes highly specialized direct-to-card hardware and digital workflows to fulfill orders. We maintain massive wholesale margins but operate on tight operational queues.
Exclusion of Liability: The Company shall not be held liable, financially or otherwise, for any delayed, unfulfilled, or canceled orders resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Force Majeure Events: This includes, but is not limited to: local or grid-wide power outages, sudden hardware/printer mechanical failures, manufacturing material shortages, digital platform outages (including Hostinger or integrated payment gateways), shipping courier delays, or acts of God.
Remedy Limit: In the rare event that an unforeseen hardware failure or power outage permanently prevents the fulfillment of your order, the Company’s total aggregate liability is strictly limited to a refund of the purchase price paid for the unfulfilled units. We are not liable for any consequential damages, lost streaming revenue, or missed promotional deadlines you may suffer.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & SUBMITTED CONTENT
Client Assets: By uploading and/or providing logos, usernames, trademarks, or graphics for custom printing, you warrant that you own or have the explicit legal right to use those assets. You grant the Company a limited license to host and print those assets solely to fulfill your order.
IP Infringement Filter: We strictly avoid infringing on official trademarks (e.g., official Pokémon or Nintendo IP). We utilize generic, "adjacent" themes (such as "Elite Trainer," "Monster Breeder," or "Shiny Hunter Pro") to protect our brand and yours. We reserve the right to immediately reject any custom order containing obvious copyright or trademark violations.
7. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you products or services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State in which Infinite Venture Holdings, LLC is legally registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
8. AMENDMENTS TO TERMS
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes.
